1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at luckypatcher.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Lucky Patcher is a free, browser-based whack-a-mole style game. A smiling face pops up among a grid of decoy faces and app icons — tap the smiling face before it disappears, and avoid tapping the decoys, to build a score.

The game displays app icons sourced from the public Google Play Store purely as decorative background art, for visual variety on the simulated phone-screen backdrop. Lucky Patcher does not patch, modify, crack, or interact with any real Android app in any way — it is a game, not an app-modification tool.

3. Accounts & Leaderboard

Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in with your Google account, you may submit scores to a public leaderboard, displayed alongside a display name and profile picture of your choosing.

By signing in and submitting a score, you agree that:

• Your chosen display name, profile picture, and leaderboard rank may be publicly visible to all users of the Service
• You will not choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates another person or entity, or otherwise violates these Terms
• You will not submit false, manipulated, or automated scores to the leaderboard
• We may remove any leaderboard entry, display name, or account, or suspend your access to sign-in features, at our discretion for violating these Terms

You may sign out at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated leaderboard data, contact us as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated means without our prior written consent
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, design, and functionality (excluding third-party app data) are owned by Lucky Patcher and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without express written permission.

6. Third-Party Content & Fair Use Disclaimer

App names, icons, logos, and other metadata displayed as decorative background tiles in the game are the property of their respective developers and publishers. This information is sourced from the Google Play Store's publicly available data and is presented for visual variety only — it does not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, those developers.

Lucky Patcher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, the Google Play Store, or any app developer whose icon or name appears in the game. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Patcher disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• Warranties that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lucky Patcher, its operators, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other damages or losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In all cases, Lucky Patcher's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00 USD).

11. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must not use or attempt to use the Service. Users in the European Union must be at least 16 years old unless parental consent has been obtained in accordance with applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to obligate Lucky Patcher to comply with the laws of any jurisdiction other than as required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution fails, arbitration shall proceed under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the arbitral seat of Lucky Patcher's choosing.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky Patcher regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
